What would you do if a good friend was having a bad time?
If a good friend of yours had a problem or they were going through a bad time... How would you show up for them?
✔️ Would you drop what you are doing to help in a time of need?
✔️ Would you listen as they vented about a something that had happened?
✔️ Would you give a hug?
✔️ Would or make some tea/pour them a glass of wine?
✔️ Would you get angry for them if they experienced something unfair?
✔️ Would you try to make them smile?
✔️ Would you help them feel safe and supported?
